Purists applaud an approach that uses a custom-made oven from Naples and imported ingredients such as 00 Caputo flour and DOP certified San Marzano tomatoes. Featuring CBD oil, the Legalize Marinara is indicative of their slightly wacky and experimental approach to Neapolitan traditions – as too is a creativ interior design that includes disco balls, cord banquettes, neons and other retro-cool touches.
