Just about the cutest café for miles, Próżna has survived the rapid gentrification of this street to become something of a spiritual anchor for the area as a whole. Tight, narrow and with an arty, almost Krakowian spirit, it’s a place of invigorating soups, homemade cakes, aromatic teas and renegade beers from Poland’s upcoming breweries. Most of all, though, you get the sense of a place that’s a true labor of love.
