Spurred by the stonking success of their Powisle venture, the Cool Cat team have expanded to the center, slotting straight into the long, narrow space occupied till recently by Delikatesty Esencja. Interior-wise, you’re looking at a hip, edgy venue that offsets all that concrete cool with punches of contemporary art and waterfalls of greenery that tumble over the windows. As for the food front, that’s a playfully Westernized version of Korean cuisine: for instance, tacos thinly spread with a bulgogi sauce and served on a bed of water greens. When the time comes to reflect on the top openings of 2018, Cool Cat TR will figure prominently on that list.
