Inspiring workshops and exhibitions for all ages

Inspiring workshops and exhibitions for all ages
This winter, the Royal Łazienki Museum and the Museum of Hunting and Horsemanship invite visitors of all ages to immerse themselves in a world of creativity, history, and nature. Running from January 20 to March 2, 2025, the program features workshops, educational events, and exhibitions inspired by the rich cultural and natural heritage of Warsaw.
The holiday offerings align with two captivating exhibitions: City of Animals, which showcases the hidden lives of urban wildlife, and Ikonosphere of Wyspiański, exploring Stanisław Wyspiański’s theatrical legacy. From theater workshops for teens to hands-on art sessions, there is something for everyone.
Highlights include an ornament workshop on February 1, where participants will recreate peacock feathers inspired by Wyspiański’s designs, and February 2’s floral-themed session crafting poppy and cornflower ornaments. Young artists can also dive into Krakow-inspired landscapes on February 15 or explore traditional weaving techniques on February 5.
The museum also offers engaging family-friendly activities like cross-stitching woodland creatures, learning to draw forest animals, and origami workshops. For older participants, theater workshops from February 3-7 will culminate in a live performance, while February 16’s AI-assisted scenography session combines technology and art in innovative ways.
With prices starting as low as PLN 10, these workshops provide an accessible way to celebrate culture and nature. Don’t miss this chance to embrace creativity and learn something new at one of Warsaw’s most iconic locations.
