Originally scheduled to open two years back, Cyderia is living proof that some things are worth waiting for. An immaculate, moody interior designed by the acclaimed Projekt Praga combines seamlessly with a cool music policy and an on-edge crowd reflective of Poznańska’s status as Warsaw’s ‘street of now’. The real cause for visiting though is a selection of seven or so ciders, mainly from small Polish farmsteads and producers: the Jabłko Adama is exceptional.
