Having made their name serving traditional French bistro fare, Le Bistro Rozbrat have announced a French Revolution, and their transformation into a more gastro-focused eatery. The rebrand includes both a new title and a new name in the kitchen: Rafał Hreczaniuk (formerly of Tamka 43) takes the helm, and his stellar reputation means that big things are expected of his ‘author’s cuisine’.
