A highlight of this year’s fair will be the Folk Craft Zone, developed in collaboration with artisans from across Poland. Here, attendees will have the chance to learn about regional craft traditions, experiencing firsthand the distinctive techniques that characterize different parts of the country. This interactive space will provide insights into the rich heritage of Polish craftsmanship.
For those eager to get hands-on, the event will also feature workshops led by experienced folk artisans. Participants will have the opportunity to create classic decorations, including “kierce,” traditional Polish ornaments, as well as festive paper Christmas ornaments. These workshops offer a wonderful chance for visitors to try their hand at Polish folk art, allowing them to add a personal touch to their holiday celebrations.
The festive atmosphere will be further enhanced by live caroling from Kapela Niwińskich, a folk band that will perform traditional Polish Christmas songs throughout the fair, filling the venue with warmth and cheer. The combination of live music and the vibrant market atmosphere promises to create a memorable holiday experience.
