And so… the story this month: that’s seen a stonking good meal in Strefa, a formal looking eatery with a pristine white-on-white interior.
Countless highlights, of which the tuna steak and crème brulee merit special mention – delicate dishes honed for refined palettes.
On the other end of the scale, MOMU has been one of the wild card surprises: expect no less than piles of meat with big, smoky tastes. Pictured: a monster of a Reuben sandwich.
Moving on, a tip of the hat to Koko & Roy who’ve hit Warsaw one of the more thoughtful designs to date.
As for food, that’s an American-inspired menu that wins from the start. Pictured: Odds & Ends, a gorgeous bowl of fried pigs ears and chicken hearts served with a splash of sriracha aioli. Magic.
Speaking of magic, chef Arkadiusz Wilanowski continues to impress with his work at Chlodna 15 by Wilamowski. That the Insider has visited four times since they opened in summer says much for the spell the chef weaves.
Classic French in style and execution, this is highly intelligent cooking for those who appreciate nothing but the best – disappointment is unheard of.
