Organized by Lexus, Poland’s most prestigious culinary event saw some of the biggest names in world cooking gather in Warsaw to both cook and take part in various discussion panels about global food trends.
Among those attending were Zaiyu Hasegawa of Tokyo’s two star Den, Fredrik Berselius (Aska, two stars, New York), Dani García (two stars, Dani García, Spain), Søren Selin (AOC, two stars, Copenhagen), Jonathan K. Berntsen (Clou, one star, Copenhagagen), Josean Alija (Nerua, one star, Bilbao), and Mitsuharu Tsumura (Maidu, Lima, ranked 8th in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants).
