More prone than ever to global trends, news that the international gin revival has hit Warsaw comes as no real bombshell. If there’s a surprise, it’s that the city’s first dedicated gin bar has been executed so well. Falling under the patronage of the same owners as Beirut and Kraken, the style is dark and hip with the design limited to moody lighting, some cool murals and a bank of outdated TV sets. Serving their own ‘Grizzly lager’ as well as numerous cocktails based on different craft gins, early signs suggest a hit in the making.
