Ratko Zjača, an award-winning guitarist, composer, and recording artist, has released 17 albums that have garnered international praise. Renowned for his collaborations with some of the most influential musicians in both jazz and modern improvisation, Zjača continues to push boundaries. For his performance in Poland, he will be accompanied by Cuban double bassist Roland Abreu and Polish drummer Dominik Jasek, presenting a selection of original compositions.
Zjača’s musical journey began with studies in Rotterdam and New York, leading to a distinguished career as both a leader and sideman. Known for his relentless pursuit of unique soundscapes, he has worked alongside jazz greats such as Benny Bailey, Randy Brecker, Gary Peacock, Reggie Workman, and many others.
