Home to the Polish AeroPress and Polish Brewers Cup champions, few cafes in the country nail the quality of their coffee in quite the same way as Forum.
Having ditched their old pokey address off Pl. Zbawiciela for (slightly) larger surrounds on Elektoralna, the curiously detached nature of their new operation has done little to dent their popularity: at all hours, find tables inside this fashionably sparse / frayed set of rooms occupied by cool-looking designer types wearing out-sized headphones.
Changing weekly, the big pull is a choice of specialty coffees sourced from roasters such as Copenhagen’s Coffee Collective and Berlin’s Five Elephant. Fixed by a team of experts, it’s coffee that makes life feel brew-tiful: put simply, it’s unmissable.
