There are those that thought that Royal Wilanów would become a white elephant. Who looks stupid now? Closing in on their first year of operations, this mixed-use retail/office complex has, quite possibly, best become known for a diverse dining offer that’s stirred the community into life. The latest opening has caused a bigger ripple than most: created by the same team behind the Michelin-starred Senses restaurant, Plato has less of the formality and theater but plenty of thrills and talking points. Mediterranean-inspired, the menu has been curated by Michał Gniadek, a graduate of the Senses kitchen whose formative experiences also include a stint at the Michelin endorses Galvin at Windows.
