Early teething problems exist: don’t be surprised to find the restaurant occasionally plunged into darkness – not so bad if you’re on the ground level, but more of a problem if you’re in the basement. Power outages aside, look forward to a jolly design, and the kind of food you’d have ordered in the Warsaw Tortilla Factory a few years back – enjoyable, just not maybe of the level reached by new wave hits such as La Sirena. Find the prosaic nature of the menu compounded by the lack of house salsas. Despite that, with a few little improvements this could yet become a rather interesting and commendable addition to the neighborhood, and, indeed, Warsaw’s wider Mexican scene. File this one under ‘one to watch’.
