Hitherto better known as an upscale tap bar aimed at glam stylists and models with sleeve tattoos, Sketch have shown they’re getting serious about the kitchen aspect with the appointment of Sebastian Olma as chef. Known for his sterling work at Kafe Zielony Niedzwiedź, not to mention winning the second series of Top Chef, Olma has been hailed as one of the brightest culinary talents of recent times. As expected, his menu is based around regional produce and has thus far garnered gushing praise from none other than Maciej Nowak, Gazeta Wyborcza’s celebrated food guru. We’re visiting soon to see if it lives up the hype.
