Befitting of the quiet elegance, the menu too is a work of considered eloquence, with three and five course tasting menus targeted at fine diners. On the a la carte side, begin with house specialties such as ‘spicy herring a la Polonia Palace’ before choosing from well executed dishes such as slow roasted duck or rack of lamb. The schnitzel is a more simple pleasure, xannonce.ch but a pleasure it is.
