Set on the ground floor above the subterranean Ramen Girl restaurant, the December opening of this joyously titled bar saw a Warsaw first: the city’s first wine bar dealing solely with natural wine. There’s over 80 to choose from, and they’ve been matched to a small, perfectly formed menu authored by Luisa Trisno. Lending it further edge is an interior that’s contemporary and fashionably understated.
