Already housing an on-edge department store and unique photographic gallery, Leica 6x7m, it seemed only a matter of time until a food and drink concept would open to complement the cool factor espoused by the brands and images displayed within.
Making full use of the ground-floor space as well as the adjoining outdoor deck hidden within the courtyard of the building, Reginabar 2.0 is both intimate and exciting. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by their iconic neon, however, there’s no shortage of originality to differentiate it from its Koszykowa ven Hippest ture.
Sporting its own vibe, find sky blue carpets, a wavy baby pink bar and butter yellow tiled tables – it immediately soothes the senses, encouraging visitors to take a seat.
While the design may be very different, the menu offers much of the same tried and tested dishes. In addition, a selection of updated entrees are also available. Worthy of note are the original pizza squares – square-cut slices on sourdough bread with toppings ranging from potatoes with anchovy and raisins to fresh stracciatella with caramelized peach. Both are great for a quick city breakfast.
Reginabar, as before, have also continued their collaboration with their sister project, MOD Donuts, and these are available in the morning (along with your morning coffee). And, of course, let’s not forget Reginabar’s famous cocktail offer. In fact, the centrally located new venue is arguably even better positioned for an evening drink. Set in close proximity to the Party HQ and other nightlife spots, make it a must on your next central bar crawl.
