The project comes from Enoterra, a young yet well-recognized company specializing in the import and distribution of artisanal wines from trusted producers. WIN feels like a natural extension of Enoterra’s philosophy – built on passion, quality, authenticity, and the desire to share the best. One of the highlights is the Champagne Bar, a dedicated corner for sparkling wine enthusiasts, where guests can enjoy exceptional bottles in a relaxed, unpretentious setting. Food here is designed to be shared: the smart-casual dining menu draws on seasonal ingredients, combining modern classics with familiar, comforting flavors. Breakfast is served on weekends from 10:00 AM, before the space transitions seamlessly into dinner service after 3:00 PM. The kitchen is led by Mateusz Karkoszka, previously head chef at the renowned Kieliszki na Próżnej.
