A sweeping stairwell aside, it’s almost as if this neutral-looking restaurant was designed so that attention falls on the food, not on the interior. You’re in the hands of Paweł Kibert, a face you may already recognize from the Top Chef program. Playing with seasonal produce, the idea behind Kibert’s menu is to present the true tastes of Poland. Reviews are mixed to positive so far, though everyone’s in agreement that it’s just a matter of time until this chef totally nails it.
