The traffic clogged intersection at the center of Chmielna, Zgoda, Bracka and Szpitalna is in line for a dramatic transformation after it was announced last November that it would be pedestrianized and re-branded as Plac Pięciu Rogów. Kacper Ludwiczak’s blueprint foresees a smart, modern space that will incorporate elements of greenery and street furniture to establish the atmosphere of an outdoor ‘urban living room’. A target date of 2018 has been pencilled in for completion.
