An unexploded ordnance was discovered at the construction site of the Vistula sewer, situated on Farysa Street in Warsaw’s Bielany district, sparking a swift evacuation of approximately 50 individuals due to safety concerns. Police and fire department personnel promptly responded to secure the area while awaiting the arrival of bomb disposal experts. The incident unfolded on Tuesday, March 12, around 12:45 p.m., when the Warsaw Fire Brigade received a distress call regarding the discovery of the ordnance during excavation work.
