Compensating for the rank commercialism of Hala Koszyki are ventures such as Kago, a place of such merit that its worth battling through the crowds. A side project from the team behind the acclaimed Izumi, portioning here is strict and skimpy but the precision, attention to detail and flavors are second to none. Such is the brilliance, it becomes easy for bills to creep up fast – even so, no-one seems to mind.
