These are as delicate as a cloud Japanese pancakes, served with vanilla cream, homemade fruit jam, fresh seasonal fruit, salted caramel, and popcorn or creamy cream with the flavor of Japanese matcha green tea.
Right next door, Massimo invites you for a holiday to sun-drenched Puglia with its Gnocchi concept. For breakfast, he prepared savory and sweet traditional pastries. Guests will be able to try rustico leccese – dumplings made of puff pastry served with mozzarella and tomatoes, cheese and lots of pepper or cream cheese.
